Nutritional values per 100g: Energy 920kJ / 220kcal / Fat 0g saturates 0g / Carbohydrates 54g sugar 0g / Protein 0g / Salt 0.15g. Directions: Boil 10 cups of water for every 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large saucepan. Slowly add the tapioca to the boiling pot and stir gently. Wait for the tapioca to float to the surface of the water. Cover the pot. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and cook for a further 2-3 minutes (adjust the time to soften the tapioca according to personal taste). Scoop out the tapioca and let it rest in cold water for 20 seconds.
