Cake Jelly
Unsweetened vegetable cake jelly, which is great for baking fruit cakes.
Add: 250 ml water, sugar to taste
1. Mix the powder in 50 ml water until smooth.
2. Sweeten the remaining water to taste and bring to a boil.
3. Add the mixed powder and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Remove the pot from the stove and let it cool for 3-4 minutes.
5. Spread evenly over the cake from the center and let cool completely.
