Farfalle
Italian butterfly-shaped pasta is made from durum wheat semolina in the shape of a butterfly. Farfalle goes well with hearty cream sauces with ricotta, mushrooms or truffles, but also with lighter Mediterranean tomato sauces.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina*

Preparation: Use 1.5 liters of water for 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil and add 10 g of salt per liter of water. The pasta is al dente after 8 minutes of cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
