Rigate
Organic pasta made from semi-whole-grain durum wheat semolina. The pasta goes well with classic tomato or herb sauces, as the main ingredient in creative appetizer salads or in hearty pasta gratin.
Ingredients: Semi-whole-grain durum wheat semolina*, water
*from controlled organic production
Preparation: Use 1.5 liters of water for 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil and add 10 g of salt per liter of water. The pasta is al dente after 10 minutes of cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
