Rigatoni
Italian durum wheat pasta has a tube shape with straight ends.
One of the peculiarities of Gragnano pasta, which contributes to its quality, is the slow drying at low temperatures. Rigatoni from Gragnano Alce Nero, thanks to their shape, are ideal for retaining sauce on the entire surface, thus adding great flavor to any recipe.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina*, water

Preparation: Use 1.5 liters of water for 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil and add 10 g of salt per liter of water. The pasta is al dente after 11 minutes of cooking.
