A mild cream cheese flavoured with herbs
Cream cheese is the only type of cheese that does not require ripening. Since we cannot produce our cream cheese ourselves at Andechser Molkerei Scheitz, we cooperate with our long-standing partner Alpenmilch Salzburg. The organic milk is processed directly in the Austrian foothills of the Alps, which minimizes the need for transport and thus contributes to protecting the local environment.
Ingredients: Fresh cheese *, 14% skimmed yogurt *, 1% garlic paste * (garlic *, lemon juice *, salt), sea salt, carob bean thickener* and pectin, onion *, 0.1% herbs * (dill *, basil *, rosemary *, marjoram *, oregano *, parsley *, thyme *).
