The pure taste of freshly squeezed juice is evident from the first sip. Organic Czech apples and sea buckthorn were used to produce this must. The result is a fresh taste of apple juice, gently acidified by sea buckthorn juice.
What is direct pressing? Conventional juices are made from concentrate, which is produced by evaporating the squeezed juice. Juice thickened in this way is cheaper to transport and store. The concentrate is diluted with water before filling into the final packaging. Thickening has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Direct-pressed juices are obtained by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the squeezed juice. The juice is then pasteurized by brief gentle heating, which ensures the microbiological safety of the juice. Pasteurized juice does not need to be stored in the refrigerator until it is opened. The difference between juice from concentrate and juice from direct pressing is noticeable at the first sip - taste it!
