The perfect grain bread for every day? This is our 7-grain mill bread. Gluten-free and vegan from high-quality whole grain oats. It comes mainly from our region and is ground in our mill - with a lot of experience into really high-quality flour. There is also flaxseed, chia seeds, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, blue poppy and hemp. This gives it a wonderfully spicy taste. In addition, mill bread is very easy. Just add water and a packet of dry yeast. Done.

Required ingredients:
500 g baking mix
1 sachet of dry yeast
500 ml lukewarm water
Preparation:
1. Knead the contents of the bag, yeast and lukewarm water briefly into a smooth dough.
