Pizza mix
Pizza is always a great idea - but gluten-free too? Of course, because our gluten-free organic pizza dough is made from whole grain rice flour, and rice is always gluten-free. The flour is checked in our own gluten laboratory. This avoids contamination with gluten-containing cereals. The special thing about our pizza dough is its improved recipe: Unlike wheat pizza dough, our dough is slightly wetter and less sticky. The pizza crust stays juicy on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside – just like a good pizza dough should be.
Everyone can enjoy a little piece of Italy on their plate at home.
Ingredients: Brown rice flour*, corn starch*, rice flour*, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidifier: monopotassium tartrate, corn starch*), thickener: guar gum*, quinoa sourdough* (quinoa flour*, rice flour*, starter cultures), sea salt, yeast, raw cane sugar*, thickener: xanthan gum.

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Place the contents of the bag in a bowl. Add 225 ml of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of oil (e.g. olive oil). Knead well with a mixer to create a smooth dough. The dough is stickier than usual, this is desirable for better results. This means that the pizza will remain juicy inside and the edges on the outside will be crispy. Place baking paper on a baking sheet (approx. 35 x 30 cm) or in two round molds (28 cm), greased with oil if necessary. Lightly dust the dough with starch and bake evenly.
Add the puree to the dough, salt.. Instead of tomato puree, you can also use tomato ketchup or tomato sauce.
Bake in the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.
Basic recipe: Prepare the dough. Spread with tomato puree. Cover with 500 g chopped tomatoes and 350 g sliced mozzarella. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Then top with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle with olive oil.
Store in a cool, dry place.
