This straight juice is made from freshly harvested beetroot of the Robuschka variety, which comes from biodynamically bred seed-resistant seeds (not from hybrid seeds). The controversial hybrids come from one-off crosses, i.e. from repeated artificial inbreeding. They are not suitable for the production of agricultural seeds because their properties do not spread. That is why we offer straight juice from seed-resistant Robuschka beetroot from fields in Baden-Württemberg. The round Robuschka is aromatic and full of flavor. The dark red, naturally cloudy straight juice has many friends among people who are concerned about nutrition.
