Especially the excellent Barbera and Montepulciano varieties are grown in carefully selected organic growing areas for our red grape juice. Barbera convinces with its dark red color and intense acidity of the fruit. Montepulciano tastes sweeter than Barbera and therefore allows for a balanced ratio of sugar and acids. Freshly harvested grapes are gently pressed - for a classically strong bouquet of this straight juice.
