Ideal for hot dishes. Whether desserts or sauces and soups - it is tasteless and very economical.

Ingredients: Locust bean gum* (E 410).

*from controlled organic cultivation

Dosage:

For a light binding, use 2 g (approx. ½ leveled teaspoon) per 250 ml of liquid.

For thickening desserts, use 6 g (approx. 1 ½ leveled teaspoon) per 250 ml.

Preparation: According to the dosage, stir in a little cold liquid, mix with the remaining food and bring to the boil.
