Finally a vegan and low-fat alternative to conventional cream and plant-based cream! Simply whip the soy drink naturally for 5 minutes and the vegan whipped cream is ready. Ideal for layered desserts, cakes, in coffee or with fresh fruit. Especially delicious topped with shortcrust pastry, marzipan, almond butter or nuts.
Preparation:
- 125 ml refrigerator-cold soy drink natural and
- 27 g (approx. 3 heaping tablespoons) whipping cream
Place the cold soy drink natural into a narrow, tall mixing bowl, add half the contents of the package. Beat for 5 minutes with a hand mixer on the highest setting. Serve cold.**
**If the whipping cream has been in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour, beat again with a hand mixer for 1 minute before consuming.
