Toast & Burger processed cheese - slices

Soft toast cheese made from cow's milk, very suitable for gratinating. None of the usual melting salts are used for preservation (therefore, the product must be kept refrigerated). The only melting salt used is citric acid (sodium citrate). Citrate is approved for the production of organic sausages and is indispensable for the spreadability of cheese specialties. A 150g package contains 8 wrapped slices of cheese.

Of course, there are no limits to its use. The slices will look great on a baguette with green salad and tomatoes, for example.
