Chicory sweetener for children 4Slim is a novelty on the sweetener market. It is a new generation Low Carb sweetener made using a unique patented method from chicory root. It stands out for its exceptionally high content of beneficial fiber and a glycemic index of less than 5. Chicory sweetener contains only 5% carbohydrates, which is 10-15 times less than agave syrup and maple syrup. The sweetener can be used not only to sweeten hot and cold drinks, desserts, cookies, sponge cakes, ice cream, pancakes and yogurts. It is also suitable for hot cooking for baking all types of sweet pastries and cakes. And there is another completely unique feature. The sweetener is able to partially replace cooking fat! It contains up to 95% less sugar and 45% fewer calories compared to other natural sweeteners (honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, ...), which is why it is very suitable for use in a weight loss diet. Dishes prepared using chicory sweetener have a significantly lower energy value compared to foods containing sugar. The sweetness of the product is 40% of the sweetness of honey, and when replacing fat in foods, 1 g of syrup replaces approximately 4 g of fat. The only difference compared to Chicory Syrup Original is that it does not contain a trace of sucralose. It therefore has a slightly lower sweetness than the Original, but Chicory Sweetener is still sweet enough for children. The goal is not to get children too used to sugar and sweets. Gluten-free, lactose-free, preservative-free, salt-free, allergen-free, high in fiber, low in energy, for vegetarians and vegans, without added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
