Dark chocolate with a high cocoa content from the small chocolate factory Chocolate Hill stands out above all for its long-lasting and intense taste. Very rare varieties of beans called Criollo, which come from Peru, are used to make chocolate. The taste of these beans is exceptionally aromatic, with fruity notes and a low level of bitterness. A really small piece of this chocolate is enough to enjoy it. Every chocolate, like coffee, needs a certain amount of natural bitterness. However, less bitterness, as in the case of this chocolate, gives more space for the natural fruit and caramel notes in the chocolate to stand out. The chocolate does not contain any added substances, substitutes or lecithin. It is made from only three organic ingredients – cocoa beans, natural cane sugar and a little cocoa butter for smoothing. A true chocolate experience with honest bean to bar chocolate.
