Vegetable meatball with spinach

Ingredients: 42% spinach*, wheat breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, salt, yeast, turmeric*), sunflower oil*, 6% onion*, tapioca starch*, 4% carrot*, 3% pepper*, 3% peas*, oatmeal*, dried egg white*, sea salt, basil*, garlic*, fermented spirit vinegar*

Preparation:
in a pan:
Fry the meatballs in a small amount of oil for 4-5 minutes at medium temperature on both sides.
in the oven:
Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 180-200 °C for about 8 minutes, turning them once.
