For durum wheat kolínka, only selected durum wheat from controlled organic farming is used and gently processed according to the original Italian recipe.

Preparation: Cook in a large amount of boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. We recommend a liter of water and a teaspoon of salt for 100 g of pasta.
