Raw material for preparing infusion or direct use. It does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children under 3 years of age and pregnant women. Preparation: Mix one teaspoon in a small amount of cold or lukewarm water. A slurry is formed, which can be diluted and drunk as needed. It can also be taken straight away and drunk.
