Millet Spaghetti
Millet or millet is considered the oldest grain cultivated by people in Central Asia. It is characterized by its specific aroma and delicate fragrance. Its special feature is its production using a bronze forming wheel. This roughens the surface of the pasta and allows sauces to be absorbed particularly well into the pasta.
