Our biodynamic Darjeeling green tea is blended with matcha and complemented with nettle to make a revitalizing tea.
The complementary blends are the perfect cupping companions. The smooth and refreshing green tea made from our biodynamic Darjeeling green tea pairs beautifully with the bright matcha and soothing nettle.
Matcha can be quite a shock to the system, but we think it goes really well with nettle. Nettle is a really useful plant to grow around tea. It is used as a leaf spray, repels tea mosquitoes in Indian tea gardens and acts as a great antiseptic.
Preparation: Pour one tea bag with freshly boiled water and steep for 2-3 minutes.
