Ramen Noodles

Ramen noodles visually resemble Japanese Mie noodles, but are softer and more delicate in consistency. As an ingredient in soups and delicate broths, with fresh vegetables and spices, as well as fried noodles in a wok or pan. Cook the pasta before eating, do not eat it raw.

Ingredients: wheat flour*, water, salt, thickener: guar gum, raising agent: sodium carbonate, turmeric*

Preparation: Boil the noodles for about 4 minutes in a large amount of water on a low flame / level or soak in a water bath (70 - 80 °C) and cover for about 10 minutes.
Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Add to soups, sauté or serve as a side dish.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool and dry place.
