This pasta specialty is to Southeast Asia what ramen noodles are to Japan: a cornerstone of fast cuisine. Enjoy the whole grain version of the Asian noodle classic as a side dish, as a noodle dish with vegetables or as a quick snack.

Ingredients: WHOLE GRAIN FLOUR 96%, WATER 8%, WHEAT GLUTEN 2.4%, salt 1%, thickener: guar gum 0.05%, baking powder: sodium bicarbonate 0.05%, potassium carbonate 0.05%

Preparation: Cook the noodles for about 4 minutes in a large amount of boiling water over low heat. Then drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Serve as a side dish or mix with other ingredients and season to taste.
