Rice noodles
Regular analyses by independent laboratories guarantee that Naturata rice pasta does not contain any gluten. No other additives are used in production. The rice used to make the pasta comes from certified organic production, which follows strict guidelines.
The shape and consistency strongly resemble the well-known wheat pasta. When it comes to cooking, however, it differs in the absence of protein, gluten. The starch boils more easily and the water bubbles more during cooking than with other pasta. Choosing a large pot, using a sufficient amount of water (at least 2.5 liters per 250 g of pasta) and stirring regularly contribute to good results. Naturata rice pasta can be cooked as desired, al dente or soft-cooked.
This pasta is especially suitable for summer salads or Asian dishes.
