BIO black cabbage Zdravý den® intended for year-round germination. Sprouts are suitable for direct consumption, in salads or as an ingredient in various dishes. They have a slightly sweet taste.
Ingredients: black cabbage (Brassica Oleracea) from organic farming.

Recommended use: For decorating pastries, in soups, vegetable or pasta salads. It is best to consume raw to preserve all nutrients.
Preparation instructions:
Soaking time: 8 hours
Rinse with water: 2-3 times a day
Germination time: 4-6 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20 °C
Harvest at size: 1-3 cm
Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored for 1–2 weeks in the refrigerator at a temperature of up to 12°C.
