Beutelsbacher was the first to develop a mixture of fruit and vegetable juices, taking into account not only the nutritional value, but also the ripening time of the fruits and their local origin. The result is a deliciously sweet fruit juice from direct pressing in organic quality. This juice is called Multi AC, mainly due to the content of natural provitamin A and vitamin C, which strengthen the immune system.
What is direct pressing? Conventional juices are made from concentrate, which is produced by evaporating the pressed juice. Juice concentrated in this way is cheaper to transport and store. Before filling into the final packaging, the concentrate is diluted with water. Thickening has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Direct pressing juices are obtained by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the pressed juice. The juice is then pasteurized by a short, gentle heating process, which ensures the microbiological safety of the juice. Pasteurized juice does not need to be stored in the refrigerator until opened. The difference between juice from concentrate and juice from direct pressing is noticeable at the first sip - taste it!
Is the juice suitable for vegans? Some manufacturers filter the juice through gelatin after pressing. Beutelsbacher does NOT use gelatin in production and this brand's juices are therefore also suitable for strict vegans.
