Salt-free spelt breads

These breads are made from organic whole-grain spelt. The spelt grains are briefly baked in round molds until they burst. The escaping starch sticks to the grains and the typical round spelt breads are formed. This short baking process gives them their delicate taste. Enjoy them at any time of the day with sweet or savory garnishes.
