Spezle

Fresh organic egg-free pasta made from durum wheat.

Ingredients:Durum wheat semolina *, water, sea salt, sunflower oil *
* from certified organic farming.

Preparation:Pour the spezle into a hot pan with a little oil and 3 tablespoons of water and heat briefly or place in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes until they float to the surface.

Store in the refrigerator (2-7°C). After opening, consume within 3 days.
