These naturally gluten-free spaghetti are made from Italian rice, are suitable for a gluten-free diet (for celiacs) and serve as a gluten-free substitute for classic durum wheat pasta. However, their taste is different, so those of us who don't mind gluten will probably prefer the classic wheat pasta when preparing Italian pasta dishes. However, rice pasta can also be prepared as Asian fried noodles or made into Japanese noodle soup. In this form, they are truly delicious.
