Unconventional pasta made from whole-grain rye flour, which is an excellent source of fiber. They are an excellent and valuable alternative to regular pasta, they can be used as a side dish and for baking.

Ingredients:

Whole-grain rye flour. May contain traces of eggs.

Preparation instructions:

Cook the pasta in salted water (100 g/ 1 liter) with a drop of oil, stirring occasionally, for 8-11 minutes. Then drain, or pour cold water over it.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 70%. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
