Shirataki in the shape of tagliatelle has almost no calories, it does not contain fats, sugars, proteins or gluten. The fiber found in the product contains trace amounts of carbohydrates in the form of glucomannan, which is almost indigestible for the human body. Only a small amount is digested in the small intestine, which is why the energy value of shirataki pasta is only 8 kcal/100 g. Shirataki is soaked in a liquid with a characteristic smell, which disappears completely when rinsing with running cold water and is not at all felt in the prepared dish. Shirataki FIT has no taste or smell - it takes on the smell and aroma from the sauce, soup or other ingredients of the dish with which it is mixed.
