Ingredients: Cornstarch, flour, salt and water, yellow cornstarch (99%), emulsifier: E452. Cooking instructions: Stir-fried: Rinse the bichon with water, drain and set aside. Fry the garlic or onion. Add the shredded meat with carrots, cabbage and other ingredients. Add water or broth, 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) for each piece of bichon. Season to taste. Heat to a boil and add the drained bichon. Cook for two minutes, turn the bichon, cook for another two minutes and stir to loosen the bichon. Turn off the heat, drizzle with cooking oil, stir and serve. Soup: Rinse the bichon with tap water. Add the bichon to boiling soup or seasoned broth. Simmer for one minute or until tender.
