It is perfect for preparing cake fillings, decorations, toppings for fruit salads, puddings, ice creams, etc. Creme Patisserie will provide you with up to four times more volume after whipping and long-lasting stiffness without the need for stiffeners. To achieve optimal whipping, we recommend cooling the product to a temperature of 6 °C to 8 °C before use. Creme does not contain lactose.
