With this rice paper you can prepare a delicious dish inspired by Asian cuisine. This rice paper is made by spreading, steaming and drying a mixture of rice flour, salt and water on bamboo plates, which makes them really thin and has a typical diamond pattern.
Preparation: Dip the sheets one by one in lukewarm water, but not for more than 5-10 seconds. Then fill with the desired ingredients.
