Use: Lemon balm, mint and chamomile promote relaxation and good sleep. They contribute to the normal function of the respiratory system, support digestion and natural immunity. The composition of the tea was approved by the Czech Pediatric Society, it is suitable for children from the end of the 6th month. Classification: Food supplement. Herbal tea, portioned in infusion bags. Ingredients: Organic lemon balm herb (Herba melissae) 40%, organic mint herb (Herba menthae piperitae) 35%, organic chamomile flower (Flos chamomillae) 21%, organic fennel fruit (Fructus foeniculi) 4%. Preparation: Pour 1 infusion bag with 250 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Always prepare the tea fresh. The bag can only be used once. Recommended dosage: Children from the end of the 6th month 1 cup per day. Children from 3 years old 2-3 cups per day. Warning: If you sweeten the tea with sugar, do not give it to infants from a bottle with a teat, but use a cup as soon as possible. Excessive use of tea with sugar can lead to increased tooth decay. The maximum dose of sugar per 1 cup (250 ml of water) is 12.5 g (max. 5 g/100 ml). Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
