Udon noodles
They are made using original Japanese methods. We let the fresh pasta dough roll and gently dry using traditional methods in Europe. The delicate taste of this versatile Asian noodle specialty tastes great with delicate sauces, in sophisticated salads and soups, woks and fried noodles.
Ingredients: Durum wheat flour*.

Preparation: Put the udon in boiling salted water, cook for 14 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
