Fine almond flour is a great gluten-free alternative with a delicate nutty aroma. It is made from peeled and blanched almonds, which are naturally gluten-free. Each batch is analyzed for the presence of gluten in the mill's own laboratory.

Ideal for muesli, pastries, yoghurts and cocktails or in curries, soups and sauces.
