Onion Pie Mix – 2 servings
A mix for baking a delicious gluten-free oat onion pie. The preparation is very simple, the base of the dough is vegan, but you can experiment with other ingredients.
Ingredients: oat flour* gluten-free 35%, light rice flour*, corn starch*, whole grain millet flour*, psyllium husks*, sea salt, thickener: xanthan gum
* from organic farming
Add to 1 bag: 140 ml water, 1 tablespoon vinegar (e.g. apple cider), 2 tablespoons unflavored oil
Preparation: Mix the contents of the bag in a bowl with water, oil and vinegar. Knead by hand or with a kneader into a smooth dough. Place baking paper on a rolling pin, sprinkle with a little starch and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 - 2 mm. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and season to taste (ideally onion rings and herbs). Bake on the bottom heat, in a preheated oven at 250 °C for about 10 - 15 minutes.
Store in a cool and dry place.
