Corn and rice spaghetti
Only corn and rice flour are used for these gluten-free spaghetti. Thanks to an exclusive recipe and gentle processing, we have managed to create gluten-free pasta that is similar in color and cooking properties to Italian wheat pasta.
Ingredients: Corn flour* (80%), rice flour* (20%)
*from controlled organic farming
Preparation: Cook in boiling salted water for about 12-14 minutes until al dente. For 100 g of pasta, add a teaspoon of salt to one liter of water.
