Whole grain rye flour
Selected organic rye is carefully and gently ground into whole grain rye flour. With its distinctive, hearty flavor, it is suitable for making dark bread and pastries. After wheat, rye is the second most important bread grain in Central and Eastern Europe. Due to the baking properties of rye flour, it is suitable to use sourdough to make rye bread. You can also achieve good baking results by mixing it with wheat or spelt flour.
