Organic blackcurrant juice 100% Beutelsbacher 0.33 l

This juice was pressed from selected varieties of blackcurrants grown according to the principles of organic farming. Thanks to this and the quick processing of freshly picked fruits, this juice has a delicious authentic taste of blackcurrant. We use it pure or diluted in drinks, desserts, yogurts, muesli. It is also excellent heated in dry weather.
Is the juice suitable for vegans? Some manufacturers filter the juice through gelatin after pressing. Beutelsbacher does NOT use gelatin in production and juices of this brand are therefore suitable even for strict vegans.
What is direct pressing? Regular juices are made from concentrate, which is produced by evaporating the pressed juice. Juice concentrated in this way is cheaper to transport and store. Before filling into the final package, the concentrate is diluted with water. Thickening has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Direct-pressed juices are obtained by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the juice. The juice is then pasteurized by a brief, gentle heating process to ensure the microbiological safety of the juice. Pasteurized juice does not need to be stored in the refrigerator until opened. The difference between juice from concentrate and juice from direct pressing is noticeable at the first sip - taste it!
