BIO coconut milk združden® is made in the traditional way by pressing finely chopped coconut pulp from fresh organically grown coconuts. It has an intense coconut flavor and aroma and a creamy consistency.

It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and people sensitive to lactose. It does not contain GMOs.  It is without added sugar and without preservatives and flavor and color enhancers.

Ingredients: coconut pulp extract (50%) from organic farming, drinking water (50%).  Pasteurized.

Use:Suitable for Asian dishes, curries, soups, desserts, puddings, cocktails and as a substitute for dishes where milk is required.

Nutritional information per 100ml: Energy value:726kJ/173kcal, Fats: 17g of which saturated fatty acids 15g, Carbohydrates: 2.6g of which sugars: 1.7g, Proteins: 1.1g, Salt: 0.04g.

Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days. During storage, the solid and liquid components may separate. In this case, simply stir the contents after opening or heat briefly in a lukewarm water bath.
