Juice is made by pressing fresh ripe lemons grown according to the principles of organic farming. The result is a juice that is not only sour, but also fragrant and full of the typical citrus flavor. Excellent for flavoring dishes - sauces, desserts, soups, etc., for tea, for mixing with other juices, for preparing homemade lemonade and cocktails.
What is direct pressing? Regular juices are made from concentrate, which is produced by evaporating the squeezed juice. Juice concentrated in this way is cheaper to transport and store. Before filling into the final package, the concentrate is diluted with water. Thickening has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Direct pressing juices are obtained by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the squeezed juice. The juice is then pasteurized by a short, gentle heating process, which ensures the microbiological safety of the juice. Pasteurized juice does not need to be stored in the refrigerator until opened. The difference between juice from concentrate and juice from direct pressing is noticeable at the first sip - taste it!
Is the juice suitable for vegans? Some manufacturers filter the juice through gelatin after pressing. Beutelsbacher DOES NOT use gelatine in its production and therefore the juices of this brand are also suitable for strict vegans.
