Semolina pasta
For this pasta, only selected durum wheat from controlled organic farming is gently processed according to the original Italian recipe. Tomato and spinach powder give the pasta a great color.
Ingredients:Durum wheat semolina*, tomato powder* (3%), spinach powder* (2%)

Preparation:Cook in boiling salted water for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. For 100 g of pasta, add a teaspoon of salt to one liter of water.
Store in a cool and dry place.
