This gluten-free pasta has a delicate vegetable flavor thanks to the addition of beetroot. It is suitable not only as a side dish, but also for diversifying cold pasta salads.

Ingredients:
Corn flour, dried beetroot 5%.
Preparation instructions:
Cook the pasta in salted water with a drop of oil (in a ratio of 100 g pasta / 1 l of water) for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. After reaching the desired softness, immediately drain, rinse with cold water and drizzle with oil.
Storage:
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 70%. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
