Whole wheat flour is a full-fledged flour made from whole grains. Its color is naturally darker, it contains a higher proportion of fiber and other valuable nutrients, which are found in the shell and germ of the grain. We can use it to bake cakes and buns, but it is also great for bread, quiche and pizza. Whole wheat flour has a stronger flavor and the dough is firmer. We can initially add it to white flour and gradually increase its ratio.
