Elderberry juice 100% Beutelsbacher 0.7 l

This juice was pressed from wild black elderberry fruits. Elderberry juice itself does not have a very pleasant taste, but after diluting it with water and sweetening it with agave syrup, honey, concentrated apple juice or other natural sweetener, we get a good juice. It is possible that elderberry juice is also used in folk medicine, but we would definitely not warn you about this so as not to violate our wise laws :-).
What is direct pressing? Regular juices are made from concentrate, which is produced by evaporating the pressed juice. Juice thickened in this way is cheaper to transport and store. Before filling into the final package, the concentrate is diluted with water. Thickening has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Direct pressing juices are obtained by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the squeezed juice. The juice is then pasteurized by a short, gentle heating process, which ensures the microbiological safety of the juice. Pasteurized juice does not need to be stored in the refrigerator until opened. The difference between juice from concentrate and juice from direct pressing is noticeable at the first sip - taste it!
Is the juice suitable for vegans? Some manufacturers filter the juice through gelatin after pressing. Beutelsbacher DOES NOT USE gelatin in its production and the juices of this brand are therefore also suitable for strict vegans.
