Spelt Soup Noodles
This pasta is made from type 812 flour. During the production of the dough, the flour is continuously mixed with water and kneaded until the desired consistency is reached so that the dough can be pressed through suitable dies. During each stage of the drying process, care is taken to ensure that the moisture is not removed from the pasta too quickly, so that the shapes have a good surface structure. Depending on the shape, drying temperatures range between 70 and 100 °C.
Perfect for soups.
