This apple-ginger cider is made by directly pressing carefully selected apples and ginger. The combination of apple juice and ginger offers a refreshing and at the same time slightly spicy taste. Ginger has been a widely used spice since ancient times, but it is also represented in home medicine. It has a typical aroma, which is given to it by essential oils. The cider is not filtered, colored, sweetened, or diluted in any way. The pressed juice only goes through a process of heating to pasteurization temperature and is then immediately bottled. The cider can be enjoyed at home or on trips, or packed for children to school as a healthy refreshing drink.

The Podorlická soda factory in Rychnov nad Kněžnou has been producing cider since 2001. Their pressed juices are proud of the title of Regional Food.

What is direct pressing? Regular juices are made from concentrate, which is obtained by evaporating the pressed juice. Before filling into the final packaging, the concentrate is diluted with water. Thickening has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Direct pressing juices are obtained only by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the pressed juice. They are pasteurized only by brief, gentle heating, which ensures the microbiological safety of the juice. The difference between juice from concentrate and juice from direct pressing is noticeable at the first sip!

The product does not come from controlled organic farming.
