The pure taste of freshly squeezed juice is evident from the first sip. Czech apples and pears from controlled organic farming were used to produce this must. The result is a fresh taste of apple juice softened by sweeter pear juice.
What is direct pressing? Regular juices are made from concentrate, which is produced by evaporating the squeezed juice. Juice concentrated in this way is cheaper to transport and store. The concentrate is diluted with water before being filled into the final package. Thickening has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Juices from direct pressing are obtained by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the squeezed juice. The juice is then pasteurized by brief gentle heating, which ensures the microbiological safety of the juice. Pasteurized juice does not need to be stored in the refrigerator until it is opened. The difference between juice from concentrate and juice from direct pressing is noticeable at the first sip - taste it!
